Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Secure, upfront payment — all fees are settled in advance through Stripe or PayPal.
  • Non-refundable by default — because work begins immediately after payment, all sales are final.
  • 30-minute grace period — if you change your mind, request a cancellation within 30 minutes of payment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Our inability to deliver — if we cannot complete your request for reasons on our side, you will receive a full refund.
  • Speed guarantee — if we fail to respond or deliver within six hours of payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Session closure — once your solution has been delivered, or six hours have passed since the chat began, the request is considered closed.

Can you handle multi-day trips?

Absolutely. Tell us your dates and needs, and we’ll provide a custom quote for a multi-day itinerary.

How do I pay?

Through a secure Stripe or PayPal link. We never see or store your card details.

How fast is delivery?

We send the quote and payment link within one hour. After payment, your plan or advice arrives within five hours—so the entire process finishes in six hours or less.

Are your recommendations really local?

Yes. We accept no kickbacks and avoid tourist traps unless you specifically request them. Every spot is chosen because locals truly recommend it.

Do you make reservations for me?

Standard plans do not include bookings. We do, however, tell you exactly how to reserve on your own. Extra booking help may be available on request.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Minor tweaks are free. If a major issue arises and we cannot resolve it, we will offer a fair refund or remake.
