3. We confirm + send payment info (within 1 hour)
We’ll review your request and tell you the cost.
4. You make payment via Stripe or PayPal
5. We deliver your solution (within 5 hours of payment)
Your custom advice, plan, or booking will be sent via chat (PDF on request for plans).
6. Thank-your message and session completed

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Payment via Stripe or PayPal (secure, upfront).
- Payments are generally non-refundable.
- If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of payment — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- If we are unable to complete your request due to our circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
- If we fail to respond within 6 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund.
- Once the session is complete or 6 hours have passed since chat started, the request is considered closed.

• 日本語: 当社が提供するのは「旅程提案」と「飲食・アクティビティ予約代行」のみです。交通・宿泊・有償ガイドの手配は一切行いません。
• English: We provide itinerary suggestions and restaurant / activity booking services only. We do not arrange transport, accommodation, or paid guides under any circumstances.
2. 料金・支払い / Pricing & Payment
• 日本語: 料金は米ドル表示、追加税・手数料なし。Stripe Checkout または PayPal による前払い。
• English: Prices are listed in USD with no hidden taxes or fees. Payment is due in advance via Stripe Checkout or PayPal.
3. 納品 / Delivery
• 日本語: 決済確認後 24 時間以内にチャットまたは PDF で納品します。
• English: We deliver your answer, booking proof, or itinerary within 24 hours of confirmed payment via chat or PDF.

5. 紛争解決フロー / Dispute Resolution Flow

- 当社は 48 時間以内 に調査し、必要に応じて返金またはギフトバウチャーを発行。
- 解決しない場合、所在地を管轄する簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

- We investigate within 48 hours and, if at fault, issue a refund or goodwill voucher.
- If unresolved, the Summary Court, Japan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
