Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Secure, upfront payment — all fees are settled in advance through Stripe or PayPal.
- Non-refundable by default — because work begins immediately after payment, all sales are final.
- 30-minute grace period — if you change your mind, request a cancellation within 30 minutes of payment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Our inability to deliver — if we cannot complete your request for reasons on our side, you will receive a full refund.
- Session closure — once your solution has been delivered. If more time is needed due to time zones or additional research, we’ll keep you updated in the chat.

The quote and payment link aim to send within 1 hour. We usually deliver in about six hours after we receive your payment and the details we need. If more time is needed, we’ll share a quick ETA in the chat.
Are your recommendations really local?
Yes. We accept no kickbacks and avoid tourist traps unless you specifically request them. Every spot is chosen because locals truly recommend it.
Do you make reservations for me?
We do not make bookings for restaurants or activities. We’ll tell you exactly how to book directly, step by step.

• English: We provide chat-based local advice and custom mini-itineraries. We do not make bookings for restaurants or activities, nor arrange transport, accommodation, or paid guides.
2. 料金・支払い / Pricing & Payment
• 日本語: 料金は米ドル表示、追加税・手数料なし。Stripe Checkout または PayPal による前払い。
• English: Prices are listed in USD with no hidden taxes or fees. Payment is due in advance via Stripe Checkout or PayPal.
3. 納品 / Delivery
• 日本語: お支払いと必要情報の受領後、おおよそ6時間を目安にチャットまたはPDFで納品します。案件や時差により前後する場合は、ETAをチャットでお知らせします。
